The Momentum Partnership was formed by bringing together two of the most respected developers in Waterloo Region - Momentum Developments and Zehr Group of Companies. Momentum Developments has been a local leader in shaping the horizon of Kitchener-Waterloo with many of the area’s finest high-rise condominiums. Zehr Group is a well-respected developer, construction company and project management group that is responsible for many of the city’s finest residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Together, these two companies are living true to their collective goal of helping residents “move up” with a quality high-rise condominium in the core of the city.
